At MLO, we want to ensure your athletic performance is never compromised; if you are not 100% satisfied with your gear, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Gear

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective liners are intact for sports hygiene standards.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days once received at our warehouse.
